About This Space
Lady Clay is a personal space about living with Type 1 diabetes, motherhood, strength, and finding your way through life in your 30s.
I was diagnosed at 17. Nearly two decades later, I’m still learning, adapting, and finding new ways to take care of myself.
I’m sharing my experiences anonymously not because my story doesn’t matter, but because I want this space to focus on the stories, lessons, and conversations rather than the person behind them.
